Breathwork
Guided breathing that settles the nervous system in minutes. A practical way to come back to yourself when the day has taken you somewhere else.
What it is, who it helps, and what a session actually feels like.
Breathwork & sound healing · Koh Phangan
Welcome, I am Sofi. I create space through breath, meditation and sound, where energy awakens, the body comes alive again, and you're free to simply be.

The promise
Almost nobody is short of advice. What most of us are short of is uninterrupted time with ourselves — and in that time, something remarkable happens: you remember who you were before fear made you small. That is what I offer. Not change, but the return to a version of you that already exists.
I am a breathwork, meditation and sound healing teacher living on Koh Phangan in Thailand. I work with breath, sound and silence to help people have transformation — and I teach practices to embody it in the daily life.

You do not need to know which one is right. Follow the one that makes you curious, and we will find the rest together.

What it is, who it helps, and what a session actually feels like.
Gongs, singing bowls and voice, played around you while you lie down. Deep rest without having to try, or be good at anything.
What happens in a sound journey, and why it works so quickly.
1:1 sessions, group journeys, online classes, workshops and retreats on Koh Phangan — each shaped around what you actually need.
Every way we can work together, in one place.
A taste, right now
This is the pattern I begin almost every session with. It needs no mat, no experience and no belief — only a minute and a willingness to slow down. Sit comfortably, let your shoulders fall, and follow the circle.
See all the self-practicesReady when you are
Four in, four held, six out. Follow the circle and let it do the counting for you.

You will be guided from beginning to end. You can slow down, sit up or stop at any point. And you will leave with two or three things you can genuinely do on your own — in a busy week, at a desk, or at three in the morning.
Write to me with what you are carrying, or simply ask which session would suit you. There are no wrong questions.
