All sessions
Two breathwork sessions, a full-length gong journey, and a guided silent morning. Every practice adapted to the group in front of me.
Roughly twelve hours of guided time.

Retreats
Small groups on Koh Phangan. Dates are announced seasonally, and the newsletter hears first.
The arc
The shape is deliberate. We start with the breath because it is the fastest way in, move to sound because it takes you deeper, and end in silence because that is where most people finally hear themselves.
We begin with a long, slow breath session to put down whatever you travelled with. Nothing demanding, no sharing circle you have to perform in. Dinner together, then an early night, because the rest of the weekend is built on sleep.
A deeper breathwork session after breakfast, on the deck or the sand, followed by a long unstructured afternoon. Swimming, sleeping, reading, doing nothing at all — this part is protected time and it matters as much as the sessions.
As the light goes, we lie down in a circle for a full-length gong and bowl journey. This is the centre of the weekend: an hour and a half of sound, in the dark, with nothing asked of you at all.
A shared morning of silence, kept gently: no talking from waking until after breakfast, with an optional guided sit. Most people find this the hardest and most valuable part. We close with breath, and a slow goodbye.
What's included
Two breathwork sessions, a full-length gong journey, and a guided silent morning. Every practice adapted to the group in front of me.
Roughly twelve hours of guided time.
Simple, comfortable accommodation close to the water, arranged as part of the retreat so you are not coordinating logistics on arrival.
Single and shared options.
Vegetarian meals through the weekend, cooked on site, timed around the sessions rather than the other way round.
Dietary needs happily accommodated.
Capped at ten people. Small enough that I can adapt the sessions to each person, and quiet enough that the silence actually holds.
Ten places per retreat.
I run a small number of retreats each year, usually in the cooler months on Koh Phangan, and I do not open bookings far in advance. When dates are set, the newsletter is where they are announced first — before they go anywhere public.
If you would like to be told when the next one is happening, join below. You will hear about it early, and you can leave the list whenever you like.
Prices are on request and vary with accommodation and season.
One quiet letter a month — a practice to try, a note on what is happening in the studio, and new session dates before they are announced anywhere else.
Want to know more before then, or ask about a private retreat for a small group? Message me and I will answer honestly, including whether a retreat is the right format for what you are looking for.
That is completely reasonable. Start with a single session or a weekly event, and see how you feel.
