What it looks like when a room goes quiet.

The studio, the instruments, the beach before sunrise — and the particular stillness that arrives about twenty minutes in.

A note, honestly

Stories from my first students are coming soon.

This site is new, and I would rather leave this space empty for a little while than fill it with words nobody actually said. As people finish their first sessions and are happy for me to share, their words will appear here — in their own language, with their permission, and nothing invented.

In the meantime, the most honest thing I can offer is the practice itself. Come and try it, and form your own opinion.

Come and be part of the next set of photographs.

Sessions run weekly on the beach and in the studio, plus monthly gong journeys on the full moon.
